You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. 10w30 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Not using automation software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Notify 10w30 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 10w30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports approved local payment methods including online banking (FPX), designated digital wallets, and bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved. 10w30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with financial compliance requirements.
Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-refundable except under circumstances specifically provided for in these terms or at the platform's absolute discretion. Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

10w30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure of identity verification, or upon request by law enforcement agencies. Where an account is closed due to a user violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 10w30 support team. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements and pending transactions must be settled first.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials found on the 10w30 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or use any materials from the platform without explicit written consent from 10w30.
